Rebecca Grant Chenault

Founding Member



I was born and raised in Madison County, the daughter of Allen and Patsy Grant. I am the wife of Ed Chenault Jr. and the proud mother of Christina Pennington and Samantha (Shawn) Ballard. As a grandmother to six wonderful grandchildren—Blake, Brooke, Bella, and Ben Pennington, as well as CoCo and Boston Ballard, all of Madison County—I cherish family deeply..

I am a member of Eastside Community Church, the owner of Chenault Vineyards, and have managed Foxglove Management for 35 years. Additionally, I serve as managing partner at Fox Enterprises. I am dedicated to our community and continually pray for greater unity and peace among us all.



Lisa DeVaughn Foley

Founding Member



Lisa DeVaughn Foley, CPA, CGMA, brings more than 30 years of accounting and tax experience to the firm. She founded the Elevate practice providing outsourced CFO services, compilations, cloud accounting, and client payroll services for a variety of industries including construction, healthcare, real estate, restaurants, retail, and service businesses.

Lisa is involved in serving both the accounting professional community and the local community. She is currently a member of the AICPA Council, PAC Council, and Judicial Nominating Committee of the 25th Judicial Circuit and District of Kentucky. Lisa has served as the past chair of the Kentucky CPA Society’s CPE Committee as well as been a member of the Kentucky CPA Society’s Leadership Council. Locally, Lisa serves as chair of Eastern Kentucky University’s College of Business Advisory Council and is a member of the Banking Advisory Committee. She is also a member of the board of directors of CG Bank. She is the past president of Hospice Care Plus for 2016 and served for numerous years on the St. Mark Catholic Church Finance Council.
