Rebecca Grant Chenault

Founding Member

I was born and raised in Madison County, the daughter of Allen and Patsy Grant. I am the wife of Ed Chenault Jr. and the proud mother of Christina Pennington and Samantha (Shawn) Ballard. As a grandmother to six wonderful grandchildren—Blake, Brooke, Bella, and Ben Pennington, as well as CoCo and Boston Ballard, all of Madison County—I cherish family deeply..

I am a member of Eastside Community Church, the owner of Chenault Vineyards, and have managed Foxglove Management for 35 years. Additionally, I serve as managing partner at Fox Enterprises. I am dedicated to our community and continually pray for greater unity and peace among us all.

Donna Agee

Founding Member

Donna Agee is a registered nurse and has served the community of Madison County and the surrounding counties in the state of Kentucky for 32 years. Donna has devoted her life to patients in their home at the most critical times in their lives, and for those that are underserved and disenfranchised. Donna followed her passion to serve the homeless, those with substance use disorder, alcoholism, and behavioral health issues as well as farmworkers without access to care as COO of a Federally Qualified Health Center, Bluegrass Community Health Center, a department of EKU, that served Madison County and eight other counties. Donna has been deeply involved in obtaining grants to serve these populations. Donna facilitated opening a clinic in a homeless day center (New Life Day Center). Donna has followed her mission and purpose to help those who cannot find help in the troubled waters of healthcare related to behavioral health issues, substance use, alcoholism and homelessness. To be a part of Togetherrky is a passion and a mission to help push back darkness for those that can’t see the light. “ Together we can help the broken birds fly”….Donna Agee

Lisa DeVaughn Foley

Founding Member

Lisa DeVaughn Foley, CPA, CGMA, brings more than 30 years of accounting and tax experience to the firm. She founded the Elevate practice providing outsourced CFO services, compilations, cloud accounting, and client payroll services for a variety of industries including construction, healthcare, real estate, restaurants, retail, and service businesses.

Lisa is involved in serving both the accounting professional community and the local community. She is currently a member of the AICPA Council, PAC Council, and Judicial Nominating Committee of the 25th Judicial Circuit and District of Kentucky. Lisa has served as the past chair of the Kentucky CPA Society’s CPE Committee as well as been a member of the Kentucky CPA Society’s Leadership Council. Locally, Lisa serves as chair of Eastern Kentucky University’s College of Business Advisory Council and is a member of the Banking Advisory Committee. She is also a member of the board of directors of CG Bank. She is the past president of Hospice Care Plus for 2016 and served for numerous years on the St. Mark Catholic Church Finance Council.
